When asked if she felt that she was given a service which provided her with value for money, Mrs Coulson from Hardwick answered "excellent". Mrs Coulson opted for the equivalent of a silver service and said she was currently implementing the ideas suggested.

Mrs Keys also from Hardwick stated that the service was "even more than expected". She said she was given "oodles of time.........." and that the service "never wained"

Miss L. Tucker from Cambourne stated that she would never have considered the chosen design, had she taken on the job herself, but she likes it very much. Miss Tucker also believes the service offered good value for money.
